  1. I have tried this diet for 3 days. For those days I have lost around 3-4 pounds. I’m going to rest for a day and then continue doing it for the next three days after that. Ik it says to rest for 4 days but I really want to lose weight fast. And also continue somewhat eating similarly like this as a lifestyle while incorporating a little bit more calories along the way as well because it is just a diet after all. Maybe if I remember I’ll do an update on this on Sunday/Monday. I used to weigh 159.0. Now I weigh 156. So I’ll see how much I weigh on Sunday.

  2. I did the water fasting for 7 days and lost 12lbs.. I went from 190lbs to 179lbs, only thing sucks is .. I didn't have any water base fruits to refeed but I did end gaining 5lbs back instead. I'm a try a vegan version of the military diet.

  3. Half cup of tuna to do what like fry or pan seer or you should have at least say something about what to do or do we have to eat it just raw??
