I have done every challenge for the last 10 days and while it has been a challenge, day 10 was ridiculous! I am very disappointed as the squat jumping jacks is impossible for the number in the workout. I am upset as it is important for us to feel empowered by our ability to complete these workouts if your goal is to help us continue this 30 days!!! I have been able to complete all of the other 9 days and today was sooooo frustrating that I don't know if this impossible squat jumping jack for 20 times 3 times in one work out with the other exercises in that work out will keep me on track. Please revise to allow us to be motivated and not defeated!
I'm at day 4 and I'm now 69.5kg, i think when i started i was between 70-72kg (173cm tall) I'm also trying to drink lemon water everyday. I'm gonna update every week.
