  1. i already started this from today..can you tell me how much calories i have burn from this workout..bcoz i want to weight loss from calories deficit algorithm..so pls tell me how much calories i have burn..??

  2. I have done every challenge for the last 10 days and while it has been a challenge, day 10 was ridiculous! I am very disappointed as the squat jumping jacks is impossible for the number in the workout. I am upset as it is important for us to feel empowered by our ability to complete these workouts if your goal is to help us continue this 30 days!!! I have been able to complete all of the other 9 days and today was sooooo frustrating that I don't know if this impossible squat jumping jack for 20 times 3 times in one work out with the other exercises in that work out will keep me on track. Please revise to allow us to be motivated and not defeated!
