  1. Gosh that felt great. So many different and creative challenges. Confession: I did swear a couple of times….and maybe took too many water breaks, but I'm gonna keep it up.
    Tired of the treadmill. Needing to really mix it up. Somewhere along the way I stopped with the weights. Big mistake.

  2. This is most awesome workout. I was trying to do this since 3 years back at least once a week along with other strength training. Today I proud to say I finished it two times in row with 20lb barbell. I am 45 year old women.

  3. So, the first time in a very long time that I did a workout. Needless to say… It beats getting to gym and running to catch a good spot in front of a mirror and instructor. I wasn't able to complete the whole workout because I am not used to working out. I completed about 1/2 of the video and I started sweating which I haven't also accomplished in years due to hip pain. I am coming back to this video every morning and I hope to get more done every day. What I like about this video is that it is very simplified. Just her, her bare feet (which is how most of us workout at home) and a body bar which has been collecting dust for many years. I restarted weight watchers about a week and 1/2 ago, and was a former life time achiever. So I am on my journey again and as a former gym enthusiast and lifetime member at WW the best advice I can give to lose weight is to work your biggest muscles in your body for the best caloric burn. Your leg work gives you the best bang for your buck for weight loss and muscle gain. I'll be back to GymRa because I can't seem to find the energy nor motivation to get to my 24 hour fitness gym membership. Hopefully, this will put me in the right direction and the only question I can say to myself is … Why didn't I think of this option sooner?

    Where can I purchase a bar like yours ? All of the bars I have seen are much shorter.

    Also, can you add resistance bands to your bar ?
