  1. Loved this Tracy! I actually like beginner workouts. I find I concentrate more and enjoy not feeling rushed. Sometimes I just want to get it in and done and not feel like Omgoshhhhhhh!!!!!! after. It’s the balance I need💁🏻‍♀️

  2. Hi Tracy great workout it’s a great little one to do before I go to work as I have to be at work for 6 am in the morning I just did it as I’m waiting for the plumber who hasn’t turned up yet so what else do you do that work out thank you so much and I’ll see you soon

  3. I'm definitely not a beginner, but I liked the workout, used heavier weight, and got a great workout. I like slow and controlled, versus fast and furious when it comes to strength training.
