  1. You might not read these comments on your older videos, but I wanted to thank you for making them! They have been a huge blessing in my going on 4 week realignment of my diet/fitness/wellbeing. Love the challenge and the energy you bring to the videos! Please keep it up!

  2. I don't usually follow kickboxing routines due to lack of coordination, but my sister enjoys them so I thought I'd give them another shot. I admit, I did have fun! I messed up on some of the repetitions (wrong arm forward, wrong movement, etc.), but I'm glad I tried it.

  3. You guys are awesome and the best! I was lazy to work out before until i found out the fitness blender kickboxing and abs routine exercise. I am really focus and I have determination to loss weight. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and I hope I don’t stop doing it and i will keep trying to do this everyday. I have been telling to all of my friends and family to follow you guys on YouTube.. more power and keep helping other people to be healthy like you guys! God bless !

  4. You guys are awesome! I am able to save money and time going to gym. All your exercises are easy to follow and lot of variations to pick what’s better for you. It motivates me because it’s very helpful and fun to do the kickboxing and i sweat like a pig! 😂 Good job guys and more power!

  5. Dear Daniel, dear Kelly, I really really love your workouts! I especially appreciate your different levels, lengths of the videos, and your wonderful explanations! No matter in which mood I am you always offer a good video from 10 min HIIT to a cool-down. Another plus point, with your videos you are transporting the fun. I like that you do not focus on weight loss the whole time. Sure, losing a bit of belly fat can a good motivation to start with fitness. However, its more than that and you are able to transport the message to your audience. All the best from Germany, Anna

  6. Word of warning – keep a very long break between eating and doing this. Did this 2 hours after my breakfast and I'm nauseous as hell. This isn't any fu-fu cardio, this is the real deal!
