  1. Whoaaaa… What a workout… 1 min intervals and no repeat… Loved the format and was glad I did this today. I usually try to workout 6 days a week and the maximum number of days I miss might be 3 or 4 days at a stretch sometimes, thats it. I immediately try to get back to my workout mode without delay and try to eat healthy 80% of the time. …😃😀😇

  2. I'm entering a new season…first year in @20 years that I'm not homeschooling! I sprained my ankle figure skating 15 weeks ago. There's no rink available in the summer here, but I'm hoping to get back soon. My ankle isn't completely healed (had tendonitis and trigger point issues too). I never quit "moving daily" throughout my self-prescribed rehab exercises though!

  4. I wanted to move today (on my rest day), so I had to try this workout. Loved the candlestick at the end. Breathless and sweaty (just the way I like it)! Now off to work.

  5. Thanks Tracy! The long intervals were challenging but the variety was great! Thank you also for encouraging us all to care for ourselves. If weight loss is the only goal, many of us will fade out. We need to care for our bodies so we can care for others and enjoy life with strong and healthy bodies! #healthateverysize
