1. Love how she gives modifications and talks about the exercises etc so well. She kept saying "you can do this" and that really helped me not quit or stop! Definitely not easy but I feel alot better💪

  2. What an intense workout! I was looking for a challenge today and I definitely got it! Nice for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to work out, but wants to really get her workout done!

  3. I've looked at other cardio sculpt workout but like this one best…not as much up/down.

    Burned 283 calories. Did modifications and stretched instead of doing abs.
