  3. I really like this one. I always sift through your videos to find the ones that include a warm up and cool down, and no equipment. I know you have warm ups and cool down videos, but if they are included in the workout, I can choose one video AND know the warm up and cool down is catered for the particular workout. Thank you ! 🙂

  5. While I was writing my finals, midway through an exam my wrists were super tight from all the writing. So I stopped writing for a bit and did the waterfall stretch which I learnt from you. It helped a lot and I felt better. Thank you so much. The stretches are truly helpful. ♥️🙏🏻
