  1. Looks like a great workout although I'm sure you're making it look easier than it actually is lol. I have a question too. What is the best way to get rid of lower belly fat as far as diet and exercise go? I've been doing mostly weighted workouts lately, but I just want to get rid of the lower belly fat.

  2. Did not expect to be a sweaty mess when this was over, but I was! Loved the dumbbell switch/ back lunge move, was most challenged by the one-legged weight in hand back kick combo. Loved it all tho! Another fun workout.💪♥️✌️
