This is exactly what I want. I wanted to have a low impact cardio on days I’m not building muscle mass. This has enough cardio to get my heartbeat up and burn fat without hindering my mass workouts.

Hey Marischa, this was a totally doable workout. Your workouts, low impact and standing abs are extremely user friendly. Sometimes there is a little bit of a language barrier, but I let your context clues guide me. ;-} Keep up the good work!!!
