Good morning to you Marischa!  It is 7pm in California now and I just did this workout after getting home from work!  Love the non-stop low impact low intensity format so much!  Legs, arms, and whole body feel so good after a long commute home!  Love this workout so much!  Oh, when I do the workout with you, I think about your adventures in rock climbing you share on IG!  You are so amazing!  Thank you so much for this great workout!  Have a good day!  🙂

  2. This is exactly what I want. I wanted to have a low impact cardio on days I’m not building muscle mass. This has enough cardio to get my heartbeat up and burn fat without hindering my mass workouts.

  4. Hey Marischa, this was a totally doable workout. Your workouts, low impact and standing abs are extremely user friendly. Sometimes there is a little bit of a language barrier, but I let your context clues guide me. ;-} Keep up the good work!!!
