After TA cardio jumps without any explanation this one was increadibly easy to get. Just relax and have fun and your body will do it the right way on its own. If you try too hard you will 100% get stuck resolving hand-feet order
Had better counts and instructions at my local zumba class! Kudos to Ana for keeping up. Hopefully they're in studio instructors do a better job with that. Otherwise fun attempting to keep up 😝

It was a whole lot more intense than I had imagined it to be, but I didn’t even realize how hard it was since I was focused and having fun. This is great if you just can’t do all the repetitive exercises you see everywhere
