  1. I like standing abs workouts and this video is fantastic. So simple and funny but same time intense. Since I am 42 and I am very carefull about my muscles (if those exist at all 🙂 ) I added to be honest a pair of light dumbells.

    Tone or flatten a belly!!!
    If there is, we will all
    Be walking with a flat tummy or maybe a six pack…
    Having a flat belly or a tone tummy all comes down from
    Being lean and having a low body fat percentage..
    U can do 1000 crunches or any abs exercises but if u dont have enough low level
    Of body fat, it aint gonna nw tone!
