  2. I love your weight videos!!! I do one 3 times a week along with cardio the other 4 days!!! Thanks Claudia for the other version that I need towards the end of the workout!! LOL

  3. Somethings must be left for experts only. One of them is planning a routine of workout. After failing measurably i subscribe to your app lol. Coach if you ever visit India give me a chance for hospitality i m a big fan of yours. i guarantee i can make you fat by making delicious food of India for you just kidding 😂😂😂

  5. I quit sugar, (80/20 rule mostly 90/10), added HASfit strength to my cardio/dance/yoga/walk 20 miles a week rotation routine and see HUGE difference! I do HASfit in am, and cardio near 7 pm. I'm post cancer, left with lymphedema in left leg and inguinal. The HASfit strength and Hiit with weights has made me look leaner upper body, and I actually went up enough to buy new dumbells after a few months!!

  6. Coach and Claudia, I am a woman over 60. I have been working out with you on Youtube for about 2 years now. I never do "senior workouts" and don't feel that age. I also do not do 'beginner' workouts. I have really worked hard to work up to doing all the 'normal' workouts, and am proud of myself. I am a big fan, and working hard to get very toned. I was in the middle of your 30 DAY MUSCLE BUILDING program, when I was sad to see it was gone! We don't have a cell phone and I can't pay for workouts. I am so happy to have such high quality great workouts with you on Youtube. I was disappointed to find I could no longer do the 30 day program unless I had an 'app' or paid.
