  1. Don't own any equipment so was just punching the air with bare hands but even that was enough for this absolute beginner to be soaked and exhausted.

    And I found myself tiring around 20-30 seconds in with every time the punching combos were to be done. Any tips on increasing stamina? Or is it just a case of "keep trying until you can do it"?

  4. Just want to add to the accolades, but with a different twist. My building has a 38 degree cold plunge in the spa. First time I used it no more 1 minute. Put the headphones on for Nate's encouragement … 7:20 no problem. I've lost 66 pounds with the help of two Canadians, Nate Bowers with the HIIT workouts and Alberta's own Cole from the Snake Diet channel. Thank you. For me, age 54, the window has closed for any competitive boxing, but Nate can make anyone a BMF.

  5. Been looking for workout to help me through my weight loss plateau. The 30 min goes by so quick, beats the hell out of trying to do sprints or workouts on my own. Really great content, very impressed with the videos

  6. I have done about 5 videos so far. Plese keep them coming. Any 60 minute videos coming? Do you have a ball park on calories burned per video? One last thing. My hands are torn to shreds from crappy gloves. Please advise on wraps and gloves for 100lb bag. I'm 5"10 190lb if that matters. Thanks!
