  1. Love this workout, esp. all the ab work! I was kinda bored and not really looking forward to my workout today. SOOO glad I found this! It was fun, fresh and kept me engaged. Thanks for always coming up with new combos and keeping things fresh.

  2. My brother was a sports buff and I presented him this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) to improve his vertical jump. He loves it and has found exceptional results using this programme. He isn`t a reader, but he became one after discovering the effectiveness of this book. .

  3. Followed your workouts years before you/I had a baby, then followed your pre and post natal workouts and now loving these new videos! Always very accessible and adaptable for your own fitness level and you explain everything so well which isn't always the case on other workout videos. Thanks so much!

  5. I really enjoy basketball, especially when I play with my brother. I don`t have much jump and also he always can jump higher than me. I seek guides all over the net, used them but found no results. Luckily, I stumbled up on this “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it), a program for vertical jump. My jump has improved a lot ever since I began the program. .

First 2 weeks of this vertical jump method "Jumοnοz Azb" (G0OGLE it) and also the workouts feels remarkable, I cannot test my vertical gain so far, since I have not finished the program yet, but I like the sequence routine for legs, you feel the burn instantly and my legs are getting stronger. .
