I NEED workouts that WON'T add additional pain as I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Progressed Arthritis in my Knees, I've got the Neuro Stimulator by St. Judes in my Back, Cervical Radiculopathy, Osteoarthritis (Hips greatly affected) & other issue's. I'm pushing 50 year's of age & I don't like going to the gym.. I truuuly wanna tighten up my "Age" related skin LOL.. All Tho I must admit, I've neglected my power walking for almost 2 year's😵😩due to how tired I get from extremely long day's & Lack of energy.. What can I do at home for LOW IMPACT, but with descent results 4 my arm's, breast muscles, & legs??? BTW; my Social Media Picture was taken about 5 year's ago & my muscle tone was on Fleek😜😂…
