  2. You are the absolute GOAT! Haven't seriously exercised for over a decade because it would never click. But your videos get me motivated and make me feel (still working on showing hehe) the results. Also haven't felt continues love and momentary hate for someone ever before. It's a new experience but I feel contacted to you haha. Keep it up bro!

  3. Abs are one of the muscles which is better to train everyday with less weight, than training them 2-3 days a week with lot of weight.
    If you train them everyday you stimulate them more often and get to show them more time

Hey Tanner sorry if I miss spelt your name but I was looking at your video at how to structure your work outs and you said on Mondays I should do pushing workouts, Wednesday I should do leg day and Fridays I should do pulling workouts. I was just wondering where my ab workouts would fit in to this. Thanks

  5. Hey Tanner (hope I spelled that right) I'm fairly new to working out. I've been doing your teenage workout that you posted a while back. I'm gonna start putting abs somewhere in that same workout routine. I'm 16 so would you recommend I do this at the end of every workout or only at the end of one?
