Abs are one of the muscles which is better to train everyday with less weight, than training them 2-3 days a week with lot of weight. If you train them everyday you stimulate them more often and get to show them more time
Hey Tanner sorry if I miss spelt your name but I was looking at your video at how to structure your work outs and you said on Mondays I should do pushing workouts, Wednesday I should do leg day and Fridays I should do pulling workouts. I was just wondering where my ab workouts would fit in to this. Thanks
