  1. My mom has osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I've read that weight training is important in reducing the risk of developing these medical issues. Would your workouts be sufficient or do I need to add weights?

  2. Wow worked up a good sweat. I doubled this one. Feeling amazing right now. This was my 3rd workout of yours for the day & I’ve doubled them all. Total of 32 min. I always feel better after a good sweat. 💦 Love it! Thx Lucy!! 🥰☀️❤️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️🙆‍♀️

  3. Guys. I did four seven minute videos for four days and I lost two pounds. But I lost track on the fifth day and afterwards. So consistency is key. If I lost two pounds just like that, imagine what would have happened if I had continued?
    I’m starting over. It’s okay if you’re terrible at consistency. Just start over. Keep starting over.🖤🖤

  4. I love your workouts! i do a different one – maybe two per day. Your workouts combat boredom and are enjoyable ensuring that I continue to work towards my goal. There are also quick ones I can do when I am limited on time. Thank you Lucy!

  5. Thanks Rachel, I'm still working but I have missed a couple of days on my 3rd week but I'm not giving up. My motto is do better today than yesterday. So I'm still trying.

  6. Hey Lucy. Wishing you all the blessings. I started exercising last year but became exhausted at not knowing how to plan different exercises on diffrrent days. Thank you for sharing this knowlege so freely. Best wishes from south africa.
