My mom has osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I've read that weight training is important in reducing the risk of developing these medical issues. Would your workouts be sufficient or do I need to add weights?

Guys. I did four seven minute videos for four days and I lost two pounds. But I lost track on the fifth day and afterwards. So consistency is key. If I lost two pounds just like that, imagine what would have happened if I had continued? I’m starting over. It’s okay if you’re terrible at consistency. Just start over. Keep starting over.🖤🖤
I love your workouts! i do a different one – maybe two per day. Your workouts combat boredom and are enjoyable ensuring that I continue to work towards my goal. There are also quick ones I can do when I am limited on time. Thank you Lucy!
