  1. Question. As I'm prepping to join the Army, I've applied 1km swims into each workout.
    That leaves 2 options with this workout:
    A – Bodyweight workout one day, swimming the next day
    B – Bodyweight workout + swim on the same day, rest the next day.
    Which one would you guys recommend?
