  1. Barre is my new fitness obsession. My mother performed and taught ballet for many years–she had the most amazing calf muscles up until she passed at age 93. As I work through your classes I feel I her smile. These workouts are toning and building muscle in my body with a new twist that I love.

  3. Killer workout!!! I had to bring 1/2 of the barre exercises to the floor because my standing leg was cramping 🙂 awesome workout Kelly!!! super easy to modify if needed

  4. WOW. Completely burned out every muscle. Thankful for this channel– I have been wanting to get into Barre more, but cannot afford the price point of most studios. THANK YOU for posting QUALITY workouts for all… and esp for those who cant afford Barre memberships! I look forward to doing these every week 🙂

I wasn’t sure..,,,but now I’m positive that your absolutely crazy 😜😅 this was the first workout of yours I couldn’t finish (granted my twins woke up so that might be my excuse) but this one was hard, I love it 💖, my goal is to be able to do this all the way through without modifying, we will see how long that takes but I needed this thank you 😊
