  1. Hey Sonia! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! How about an upper body one, including some dips, push-ups, etc.? I know that's an area many girls struggle with 🙂 Oh and just out of curiosity, how many push-ups (on the toes) can you currently do yourself? :-)?
