  1. And could you make a video about eating, but with EVERY single muscle group? I saw and dowloaded the video about: "a whole day eating and training", but that didn't contained all the muscle groups 😂. So if you can make it, I'll be super thankful!

  2. Chris man you are the best ever don't worry about what others say. You know your shit, others may think they can twist your words, get you out of context and what not but bro you have thought things through and love you, will be your advice recipient always.

    Be open however because it's very easy for others to prove you wrong so never give them a chance. We will stay w you always, because you have proved to us so many times that you are always correct and woke man!

  3. My goal is to become the strongest calisthenics athlete in the world but what is the best way to do? Endurance and strength,
    Build muscle and Real strength so strong So strong that it can do 100 reps like push ups, pull ups, dips, squads, muscle ups etc … NO REST !!! or being able to Lift a lot of bodyweight (weighted calisthenics) like dejan stipke, or train static and dinamic (freestyle Calisthenics) get speed, strength, skills and participate world cups to become the world champion like eryc ortiz, Or do both to be the complete athlete but the problem is this will take years! What should I choose? 🤔

  4. Chris, do you have a video that discusses breathing. I cant tell if you are breathing while doing the 50 pushups for example. Great videos, I subbed to the program, thanks !

  5. I love your videos, enjoy watching you perform exercises and I am learning a lot, thanks! Regarding nutrition however I hope you will take the needed time to learn more to provide better information. It is obvious you are earning from promoting a certain kind of protein supplements….but 3 dairy supplements really? As you are pointing out one should look for the protein with less carbs, lactose and fat…which is exactly the opposite as dairy. Makes no sense to take a dairy supplement when you can take a plant based protein supplement which have been proved to be far superior, have all essential amino acids, no lactose, extremely low fat, easier to digest.

  6. I think it was the first video I didn't like. I realize that this is your life, and that you and your team live on it but this video was more of a promotion to your products than really important tips. Always remember what really led you to this level.

  7. I watched Chris Heria videos since last year, but I didn't implement anything until 6 months ago. I am 5ft7, 28-year-old male and was 195lbs (very overweight for my hobbit height),

    I felt like crap and wanted to change, so I just did it. I am now 176lbs still not at my goal of 163lbs, but I am damn near.

    I could confidently take my top off for my wife and, she said: "I can see your 6 pack forming!".

    Feels flipping great! Thanks for your valuable input, Chris.
