How tight should the QR be? Some says it should be light, some says real tight. I find that my wheels spin better when I only tighten them lightly. Todays design makes sure they stay in place anyway.

Im not cyclist but i use 2 : 1 gear ratio and developed hi cadense i ride 22mph most.
