this was a hard workout especially the last circuit but I will admit that I was pretty bored mostly during the first circuit. 5 times through was too repetitive and found myself just flailing about rather then working with good form and strength
I had to break this into two workouts (morning: 1st circuit plus half of the 2nd circuit, and evening: the rest of circuit 2, circuit 3, and finisher) and holy moly am I sore today!
The goal is to be able to finish the whole workout in one sitting, I’ll get there with time😎
I love this video i can do high intensity workout very easily but since few days i'm getting shin split i'm sick of that pain i seached alot of videos of cardio without jumping but there were only lunges squats side squats all the muscle exercises which i don't wanna do every video include only muscle exercises thankyou so much
Powerful workout! I was about to stop and sit on the sofa because it's very hard! But I didn't give in and I finished all the mini circuits! Woo doggies!!!
The constant nervous chatter was more exhausting than the workout. Also, the beeper noise very startling. I turned the sound off and then actually enjoyed the workout.
Oh my goodness this was KILLER! Great sweat and all over body burn without the high impact moves. Phew! I really had to get my mind to focus after the 30 minute mark. Thanks, Pahla!😊
Okay, so I only had time for the first SET of this workout, which was 5 times of the exercises…BUT, I did it. Sweaty! Love the low impact…will come back for the second part, minus the last part which looks like it would aggravate my wimpy elbow! Oh, how we learn about out bodies in older age! SFG!
Doing this hiit yet again and it saddens me that my pronate(a bone deformation that cause my ankle to roll when i do anything without actively bracing it, wearing a brace or wearing orthotics,left ankle weakens because of it) is giving me so much trouble i had to skip fast ups 🙁
Thank you so much for your workouts. I absolutely love that they are so adaptable. This is one of my favorites for which I have made slight modifications for the trampoline. I sub out all floor moves or exercises that need too much step back room attempting to work the same muscles when possible so: ballerina bounces replace rainbow curtsies. Rope climbers / high knees each replace 1 side of mountain flyers Elbow + Reach Can Cans replace rockettes rainbow jacks replace mountain walkers
Omg I have to take a 5 min break half way through the excercise.. I ate a Krispy creme donut earlier today so this workout definitely will burn that off.

This is hands down the ultimate best Low Impact High Intensity beatdown sweat fest!😅 Seriously, it is difficult for me to find good Low Impact cardio workouts. Thank you Pahla!! And the finisher rocked too!👍😊🐝
I love this workout, its super fun and this is like my 15th time coming back to it in the last 2 months, I had to give up at the final circuit because I think I pulled something in my right shoulder while carrying lighting equipment yesterday, because the entire right complex is not taking to well to having weight on it right now :/

I can't believe I never commented on this one since I've done it several times. It's one of those I love to hate. I love the interval set up and the changing of exercises in each circuit. But the length and that last 50 second interval circuit is a killer! Well, the whole workout is a killer. Honestly, sometimes low impact is harder that high impact!
I love you Pahla Bee! After a knee injury and a ban on high-impact workouts, I thought I'd never find a way to remain in shape. your low-impact workouts are delightfully painful like none other! Thank you, thank you so much! This one works my key problem area, the thighs, quite a bit too! Would appreciate more such bun and quad burning routines.
