  1. You're videos are so helpful, thank you! Question about breathing technique…in your videos it looks like you are holding breath during the exertion and exhaling on the release. If that is what you are doing, is that a technique? I had a personal trainer long ago that told me to always exhale on the exertion, so I am curious about the difference, thanks!!

From one lifting mummy to another, I just wanted to say that you look absolutely beautiful in your pregnant body, and it's great that you have relaxed your training and are listening to your body. As you say in one of your other videos, there will be plenty of time to get back in shape after little one is born – most of it is water weight anyway, and in my experience if you can breastfeed you'll get rid of most of the extra weight without exercising.

    I think you are an excellent role model for the young girls who are following you on here. When your son grows up and sees your videos he will realise how loved and wanted he was. Your son is going to be so proud of his kind, strong mummy. Being pregnant is hard, so I wanted to send some encouragement and let you know you are doing an amazing job! Stay strong Mama!
