  1. I paired this up with your BRUTAL 6min Home BICEPS Workout With Dumbbells (SAVAGE BICEP WORKOUT!!) and turned it into three set supersets. It worked out perfectly because there are 5 moves in each video. I am absolutely toasted. Your workouts are awesome. Keep them coming my man!

  3. Great video as always bro! Have a question though! Is this workout enough for a daily routine? I use to pump 5 days a week each day a set muscle group, just want to no if what you show in this video repeating it 2x in a sesh is enough of a "back workout"?

  4. Hey, man! Can you just explain what you mean by "complete the workout 2-3 times"? Do you mean in a single workout or throughout the week?

  5. What I like is he doesn't try to impress the viewer with his strength. He is using 25 lb dumbbells and goes through the complete workout letting us know it tires him, and will challenge us. Other fitness videos would say do "10 or 12 reps" and lift 55 lb twice. lol Bravo to the Barbarian!
