What I like is he doesn't try to impress the viewer with his strength. He is using 25 lb dumbbells and goes through the complete workout letting us know it tires him, and will challenge us. Other fitness videos would say do "10 or 12 reps" and lift 55 lb twice. lol Bravo to the Barbarian!
