  7. hi Lucy, is it better to do more than one 7 minute video a day? I have so much time on my hands and 7 days before my holiday, I'm trying to find the best combination for results (my stomach is 29 inches, I'd love to tone up)

  8. I seriously think working out 7 minutes everyday is more feasible and more enjoyable than working out 30 minutes an hour 3 or 4 times a week. I just wish it was enough.
