It's good u r doing this and showing..but along with it,would be good if u write conditions apply like those who just got c section not possible or those with umblical hernia not possible etc..The thing is when u dont mention all these things,ignorant people like me(having abdominal health issues)will end up doing the wrong exercises and worsen our condition. Its recently only I realised that I was doing the wrong exercises the past 4 years and now my condition has worsened 😥
Hii..I'm a follower of uu..can uu plss do some pelvic floor workouts..due to lack of knowledge ppl are doing in abdominal workouts in wrong methods D's leads to pelvic floor issues..so I'm kindly requesting uu..bcz in Malayalam no physio therapist s are not providing ladies related issues.it will b helpfull to ladies who doesn't know about pelvic issues
