1. Mike, for us beginners, how many reps should be done. Also which weight would you suggest to begin with? Is it better to do it Tabata style or timed?? Would love to do all of those workouts in order at least once. Thanks in advance for responding.

  3. I have very weak Knees, how can I strength them to do squats better. my employee told me to use a chair or the bench to do my squats until I get stronger. what do you think ?
