  1. Ok so I've done some form of face yoga for most of my life. This works. Working the muscles all over your body make a difference. She knows what she's taking about. I love this channel.

    Week 1- I've been a bit lazy and forgot to do this daily, but I'm more healthy and I noticed a little change but nothing too dramatic yet, for this day on I'll be taking this more seriously ((:
