  2. Hey everyone, I just wanted ur opinion on my workout routine: I train everyday besides Sunday, this is how my schedule looks like:

    Monday and Tuesday- I work out for my abs(Upper and Lower) sometimes I even add some reps

    Wednesday- I work out for my legs

    Thursday and Friday- I work out for my chest (Normal push ups, diamond, Explosive, Reverse Wrist, Shoulder taps etc)

    And Saturday- I either go for a long Run(Jog). It’s usually 6-7km

    Sunday- I rest

    P.S I have soccer practice 6 times a week

    Side plank twist (Hand on head)
    Swap side
    Russian twist
    Heel taps (rotate with back on ground)
    Leg raise (raise arse from floor)
    Lying windmills (leg at 90“ rotate from side to side)
    Bycicle crunches
    Plank knee in (rotate)
    Side plank hip up
    Swap sides
    L sit crunches (alternate)
    V sit air punch
    Mountain climber (side kicks)
