Where’s the progressive overload
Hey everyone, I just wanted ur opinion on my workout routine: I train everyday besides Sunday, this is how my schedule looks like:
Monday and Tuesday- I work out for my abs(Upper and Lower) sometimes I even add some reps
Wednesday- I work out for my legs
Thursday and Friday- I work out for my chest (Normal push ups, diamond, Explosive, Reverse Wrist, Shoulder taps etc)
And Saturday- I either go for a long Run(Jog). It’s usually 6-7km
Sunday- I rest
P.S I have soccer practice 6 times a week
