  2. Just came to say that this works.

    I've been doing ab workouts for 2 months and haven't seen a single bit of a change and then I acidentlly stumbled upon Lucys channel, and I've been doing thing workout for a week and one of the 7 minutes workouts for 2 weeks (with rest days) and my abs changed completely, my waist is smaller and I have those side lines

  3. I've tried 2 of your 7 minutes 7 days challenges. And they worked on me❤. Now I'm goanna try this. I hope it'll be difficult to do this to me. But I'll try. Love from Bangladesh❤
    Edit: I thought I'll do it everyday😁
    But it's difficult more than I thought. So I'm doing this once every weekend and other 6 days I'll follow your other workouts😁😁😁

  4. everyone: don’t do this everyday. when you work a muscle group, those muscles tear. they slowly build back up with even more muscle tissue. if you do it everyday, they keep tearing, without having time to build up, and you get nowhere. i suggest waiting 1-2 days unless you are still sore by then 👍🏻

  5. Ms Lucy, I really need some help. I am so weak that I cannot stand for very long without shaking. I’ve atrophied. I get out of breath just turning over on my bed. Where do I begin to recover?

    Thank you for such nice workouts video it’s very useful I loved most is of 7 days challenge.
    Please help me for exercises of hamstring muscle. I got my hamstring muscle of left leg injured badly 2years back still unable to get ride of it tried lot of medicines.

  7. I love these workouts. Quick and simple. The best is my energy goes up and I end up doing two to three different themed exercises. Thank you! Five days in, I can feel more tightness and definition. I hope not to quit

  9. Hi Lucy, can u do a video on middle section of the abs, I have a problem with that, no matter what ab workout I do, I can't seem to get my med section flat. Please help, and if u could do a video on the middle and the muffin area, would be great, thanks.

Thank you so much for your effort in making these videos. 💟But losing belly fat is being a challenge now 😕 Can I follow this workout daily. Will it reduce belly fat alone or will develop abs 🙁 . please reply .

  12. I love your workouts and recently found them and have been doing them everyday, twice a day. My only question is how can I get my stomach flat? I've had about 5 operations on my lower belly and am having trouble getting the area below the belly button back in shape, if you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

  13. Hello Lucy. My name is Florina. I'm going to send you a before and after picture of how well your workouts really work out. I lost about 60 lbs. last year, and need some great toning. Lots of flab going on here. I'm tired of my kids making fun of my arms, inner thighs, and belly flab. Not fun at all. I want to be able to go to the beach and wear a bathing suit. Please help!! Also I just finished my degree and looking for a great job with hopefully a great bod. Love you your videos are wonderful.
