  1. Unable to get to the end, always out of energy in the middle of the running at the spot, and its been like this for a month, i cant seem to get past that exercise, its disheartening

  3. It's actually easier to follow if you go with the number of measures per exercise instead of seconds. There are 12 measures of music for each exercise, so if you are just beginning and are a little slow, you can try to move to the music and do 12 pushups, 12 squats, 12 crunches, etc.
