It's actually easier to follow if you go with the number of measures per exercise instead of seconds. There are 12 measures of music for each exercise, so if you are just beginning and are a little slow, you can try to move to the music and do 12 pushups, 12 squats, 12 crunches, etc.

I do it this Tabata 2~3 times every morning without having meals. This is just like a "hell" but really useful to lose weight. Thank you.
