  1. Why are these exercises designed for 40 yr old and over I'm curious bc I'm 36 and I been doing most of these already w o ever seeing this video until now. I feel great I'm just looking to add more to my routine

  2. Like these will try but am told breathing correctly will be more effective.Can you add the breathing techniques with exercises. Thank you Roberta

  3. I just found your workouts and I've enjoyed them so far, however my only suggestion would be to describe the next move during the break so someone that has never done them before can have proper form.

  4. I woke up 4:00am this morning and ran across this workout. I tried it and really like these workouts. Not vigorous to the point of making you sick. Very motivated exercise to do each morning.

  5. Hi Roberta. I just need some suggestions. Me almost 40 now and trying for pregnancy. My height is 1.65 mts and my weight is 55 Kg. Should I go for these regular workouts or should I take some precautions. Please guide. Thanks.
