  1. OMG. Did this after the booty workout, and I think I’m sweating even more than yesterday’s workouts. Those inner thigh exercises at the end while laying on the floor were killer!! I feel like I could do a chokehold on someone using just my thighs. 😂 They feel so tight! Thanks, again, Ashley!

  3. When doing side lunges I feel a really strong tightness on the inner part of a my leg next to my knee that almost prohibits me from getting as deep as I'd like. Is there a recommended stretch to loosen this up? Side lunges have always been challenging for me, no matter how far I push my booty back, because of this tightness. (PS- I'm sweating)

  4. I have been doing your prenatal workouts for about 6 weeks now, but I am thinking this one is might be pretty safe for pregnancy as well. What do you think? (24 weeks)
