  1. Hey so I was just need help on something. I’m a 13 year old girl, weigh 97 pounds and am 4’11 and my whole life I’ve been referred to as skinny. I started out this year weighing 91-92 pounds though. I know I’ve gained weight and I can see in everywhere. My face moves up and down when I jump, my thighs touch and I’m just really fat. I come from am Indian household so it’s hard to be able to change my diet. I’m trying to lose about 5-7 pounds, what exercises can I do to get there? How long? Can someone please help me?
