  1. I am on my second week of doing this and loving it! It makes me feel so accomplished in the morning. Thursday and Friday are the hardest for me. My calves were sore for 3 days!😂

  2. hi how are you ? i need some information regarding a myth i am doing these exercises and cardio, and i am lost 2kg in two months , my trainer is saying if you repeat your exercises again and again you will not lose fat and gain muscle. i want to know is this true ? should i keep on doing these exercises or change or go to advance level.

  3. Her. Monday Dumbells. Tuesday Dumbells. Wednesday also, Dumbells. Thursday, Of course, DUMBELLS. Friday…don't get me started. I don't have dumbells! I have to use socks :C

  4. @Joanna Soh Official – Can you make the full workouts for each day to follow? (so 6 different videos with little or no introduction) would be nice to have a playlist I could use on repeat weekly. 🙂

  5. I did this before my wedding and people did say I looked slimer….I was nt fat just needed to lose that belly pouch and this worked great. I was able to fit into small dress after this. My body was more toned and that is what I needed. Though I did cardio with this and ate clean. I'm going to do it again. I wanna tone my body again, dont need to get rid of pounds just a flat stomach. I hope it works again.

  7. all good! NICE VIDEO except one BIG MISTAKE!! for squat advice : do not extend your knee PASS your toe! NO NO ! ! WRONG!!
    We can extend ours knee as the pose is nature! if try so hard to not do that,
    may hurt your knee! just let it nature pose.

    I recently found that I suffer from Lumbar Spondylosis, and I need to shed 4kilos weight. Could you please show some exercises for me. Nowadays, out of every 5 women 1 suffer from back pain. I hope it will help them too.
