Are you doing weighted calisthenics ? You re very advanced athlete and I think I'm at end of the beginner phase . I don't know what to do after reaching 15 pull ups and 50 push ups . I'm at 12-15 pull ups and 40-45 push ups (fast reps while against gravity / ) . Any advice for this young lad ?
