Several scientific research reveals that most shoulder problems occur because of lack of range of motion of the thoracic spine and that causes the m. teres major and minor to irritate. Trigger point techniques on these muscles and manipulations of the thoracic spine will solve the problem. I've treated a lot of patient this way and it works. But a good warming up will also help reducing the pain during training, but won't solve it…
