  1. Wesley don't criticize me for asking but when you were doing the incline bench on the smith bench with the bands, you arched your back which acts more like a flat press does it not?

  2. I like your video's. Keep up the good work! But one point of attention you're explanation about the front delt injury isn't right. Several scientific research reveals that most shoulder problems occur because of lack of range of motion of the thoracic spine and that causes the m. teres major and minor to irritate. Trigger point techniques on these muscles and manipulations of the thoracic spine will solve the problem. I've treated a lot of patient this way and it works.
    But a good warming up will also help reducing the pain during training, but won't solve it…
