    1. Push-Up: 4 sets, 12-30 reps

    2. Pec-Deck: 4 sets, 10-12 reps

    3. Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets, 8-12 reps

    4. Dumbbell Fly: 4 sets, 10-12 reps

    5. Flat Bench Barbell Press: 4 sets, 8-12 reps

    6. Chest Dip: 3 sets, 10-20 reps

    7. Push-Up: 2 sets, 10-25 reps

    8. Rope Triceps Push-Down: 3 sets, 12-20 reps

    9. Bench Dip: 3 sets, 12-20 reps

    10. Skullcrushers: 4 sets, 12-15 reps

  2. Way too much volume I mean he definitely looks like he does workout, but for others this definitely will not work for beginners you’re just tearing the hell out of your muscle focus on strength progression. 3-5 reps on big lifts, 6-12 reps on isolations.

  3. This guy has horrible form on the pec dec- competely rounding his delts to put pressure off his chest. What is up with all these new fitness YouTubers that don't know Jack?
