  1. Great video.. but I would love if you add metric scale. I believe your audience is worldwide. No one use empirical scale but you in US
    I disagree with the scale tip. I weight my self daily, or every couple days. It always remind me of my mission.
    Lost 24 kg and still going 🥰

  2. I've got 16 kgs to go. But I've stalled for the first time. I'm not worried as it's most likely muscle growth. I've been lifting heavier and doing 3 sets instead of 2. ✌️👍Great advice as always.
