  1. I just got a 3 I know some of the apps are similar would I still be okay? Pretty much only want itfor HR, steps and calories tbh been going at it for a year w working out and I feel it’ll take me to the next level! Thanks for input!!!

  2. I’m just looking into an activity tracker or smart watch such as an Apple Watch. Never had one before but I am disabled, in my late 30’s, have three young kids and have gained a lot of weight over the last couple of years.

Health and weight loss are the main reasons I am now about to buy one. Thanks for making this. Have liked and subbed to your Chanel mate. Congratulations too 🙏🏼

  3. I set a goal to 1000 calories I never hit it maybe I should lower it. I just don’t think I’m going to lose weight if I don’t burn 1000 calories a day😭😭😭. I'm not motivated to work out because my wife isn’t motivated and it’s hard to stay positive exercising by yourself . Me and my wife have gained a lot of pounds and we hate it but we don’t no what to do we can’t afford healthy food. Oh and also I can’t run because it hurts my lower back.

  4. I bought an Apple watch series 1, back October 2018, When I first got it it would remind me to stand in the middle of the night starting at 11:50, that lasted all 2 weeks then it would tell me to breath in the middle of the night. Well I figured how to turn the breath setting off. Forward to Feb 6, 2019, the stand reminder may go off 12:50 am, really annoying to say the least, I have the Pillow app and have lost countless sleep time because of the middle of the night alert goes off if it chooses to, otherwise I see the faint line come up but No command prompted to otherwise to remind me to stand as it should be doing, & by 11:00 or 12 noon that ring is closing or closed, It drives me nuts, Also my green exercise ring doesn't register anything I have worked out in the gym, even while using their Wifi. Any solution to this, Apple isn't much help, All my rings are closed daily 125 days in.

  5. At minus113 lbs here. It HAS been so much easier to stay on track, with the Apple Watch, Apple Health and other devices like Bluetooth glucose monitor, BP monitor, scale and SPO2 monitor. After multiple iPhones, watches, WatchOS versions and iOS versions, I did find however that I had constant duplicate entries in Apple Health with MyFitnessPal and their tech support could offer no solutions. I finally switched to the built in calorie tracker in my glucose monitor app, OneDrop. Not as good and their watch app does not work on Series 4, but at least no duplicate entries.

  6. Get the LoseIt! app to track food on the Apple Watch. It's the best Apple Watch app ever… Oh and waterminder. 😀 Standland is fun for getting you to stand. Great tips!!!! I love my Apple Watch…

  7. Thanks for the info. What if the exercise your doing is not on the watch? For instance I do a lot of blasting with Ashley Blacks fascia tools and that is a huge workout in itself. And also when doing it I’m in a hot room with lots of sweat I suppose that’s not good for the watch?

  8. Dear Greg, need some info from you regarding the iPhone storage. Actually I recently bought an IPhone XR, after checking the detailed phone storage, i found “System“ occupying an approximately 10GBs. Couldn’t understand as what sort of usage is this and can it be reduced to as minimum as possible? Thank you

  9. What would be nice is a social feature that would let you compare your daily activity to others that might not be in your contacts. For example if you're losing weight I can compare your average activity to mine and see what I need to improve. People could choose to make their activity public or even have some type of access request that the person could approve.

  10. A timely video Greg. I recently put Watch OS 5 on my series 2 went for a walk and it detected it and started the workout app. However, I went for another walk the following day and it failed to trigger. So not perfect but a good idea and perhaps the sensors are better calibrated on the series 4 for the latest OS. I hope you had a great festive season and didn’t over indulge too much…I have work to do!
