    Okay,my feet hurts and it's kinda hard to walk but I guess it's working

I subscribed to you ages ago because you're the only female workout guru on YouTube that was so gorgeous but also didn't make me annoyed at how gorgeous you are and that I would actually want to listen to and I half cheated and did this all while watching and sitting and I felt every burn xxx loved it and love you and your videos and thankyou so much 😁

  5. I've had Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years now, and it's hard for me to find workouts I really love, and I love all of your workouts. I especially love your arm workouts! They keep my arms really toned! Thank you so much, Lucy, for these amazing workouts.

Believe it or not,, I stuck to 12-minute workout with dumbbells for 30 days and the result was a slight difference, I came across this video and I have done these simple movements for 10 days twice a day and the result is quite encouraging,, it works better than any other excecises with weight la ,,, thanks a lot

    Lower belly- 90 cm

    Legs- 56 cm

    Legs- still 56 cm..didnt do leg workout much

    My diet was not strict but surely less sugar and lots of water and mixed salad with tuna specially

    I was doing oil pulling for teeth and stopped its been 1 month..need to start again..it is for teeth and energy

    I was exercising 3 times a week but not doing all the challenges every time..i was doing 3 min and 4 min arm workout sometimes 4 times a week

    Need to get rid of my love handles..

    I use various exercises from different you tubers like fitness blender and blogilates..

    Do cardio for all the other exercises to work

  11. Today onwards I am gonna start and I already did that abs workout and lost 1 kg we will see how many kgs will u loose with this workout I will update after 2 weeks and surely my arms will tone😀😀
