  1. I tried to do an arm workout at pf but the weight was not enough. I had to use the whole stack to do cable curls and 60lb curl bars is the biggest they had. 21's are a waste of time, just do 3-5 sets of 20-30 rep full extensions if that is your goal to get cut. If you want to put muscle are do less reps and more weight

  2. How to work your biceps.

    1- Pull Ups
    2 – Chin Ups
    3 – Upright Rows
    4 – face pulls.
    5 – bent over rows
    6 – sit down rows
    7 – Lat pull downs.

    Biceps should NEVER be a staple in your workout. You do them if you have extra time after your real lifts. You want big biceps, develop a stronger back…

    Triceps should be done on chest / shoulder day.

  3. The that particular gym design is inadequate because you're always being stared down by the people doing cardio. The Cardio machines are right behind the heavy weight area

  5. Bro you skipped forearms. Next time you do arm day, at least end your workout with reverse curls using the cable machine, and if you can, finish with farmer's walks.
