  1. Did it just after finishing the "Best excercises to target back" and now I think that was it for the last day of the year!
    A Happy New Year for all and let's come back to Heather in 2020 as soon and often as possible. For our shape, good feeling and health.

  2. I wish there were more good back workouts like yours, it's the one body part I get bored with. Anyone saying this is too easy needs to increase the resistance. I used 12 to 25 lb dumbbells throughout. I also added a resistance band loop around my wrists for the prone back extension with lat pulldown and I am feeling the burn!
