I wish there were more good back workouts like yours, it's the one body part I get bored with. Anyone saying this is too easy needs to increase the resistance. I used 12 to 25 lb dumbbells throughout. I also added a resistance band loop around my wrists for the prone back extension with lat pulldown and I am feeling the burn!

Nice but much less challenging than your other workouts… perhaps too easy. I enjoyed it, anyway.
