1. If you're doing this do not expect to see results right away, it takes around a month and you need to do it at least every other day, I recommend ever day because that's what I do and I started seeing results around 3 weeks, you do need a proper diet though and I can't stress it enough I know a lot of people give shit about diets, but diet is definitely key when you want results, it sucks but if you really want it you got it.

  2. I’m 15 ..I have 50-60 kg/121 pounds.. My belly starts to grow and I need to do something about it ..does this really take of the weight and fat out of belly?
