  1. Lainey looking good for one and thanks for the update. A cheat day is good to have. Oh and thanks showing home workouts 💪 Some people like working out at home. Giving ideals always good. Keep things interesting and fun changing it up always good.

Wait , no build up this time ? … or intro , just  BAM ,  straight into the physique update. 😂  ….  Ha , but yeah it is pretty cool how Lainey likes to mix things up sometimes , with no nonsense , right to the point approach. 😊  And when you are a well-established fitness queen (or really goddess) at this stage of the game , you can do stuff like that. 😎   And yeah , another fine update with your abs showing the detail , and more firmness to the legs / glutes , and shoulders &  arms on an elite level as usual …  and liking the creativity with your posing &  flexing  💪  as well   …  so you know it all amounts to  a   5  star  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟   video.  😊  …  And the workout sort of reminds me of the one you did way back when , as you used the equipment that seemed very similar to the "Chuck Norris"  Total Gym  product , which you showed a lot of great techniques there as well.   So does equipment like this give you as much satisfaction as if you trained at the gym , even though its less variety or options of course  …  but still feels like a good tough workout for you ??  (And maybe I need to stop with long-winded messages )  😂 😂

  3. Great video. Thank you for saying it’s ok if one has an off day. I sometimes beat myself up if I don’t workout on days my autoimmune disease makes my whole body hurt but I’ve learned to not be to hard on myself thanks to you.
