  1. You are such an amazing instructor!! You let your followers pick their pace but still give them a meaningful workout. I was in ballet and point for a total of 10 years, and I am just getting back into the swing of things and your videos are helping so much! As much as I wanted to be your cute little dog in the back sleeping and relaxing, you made it just as fun to actually break a little sweat! Much respect!

  2. I love the variety in your workouts, Jessica. One of my pet peeves is instructors who do two or three exercises and then continually repeat them for the whole video. Your exercises are always fresh throughout the whole workout, which keeps me from being bored. And seeing Peanut is always a perk!

  3. I've been trying to get back in shape and this was the first workout I've tried, I loved it! definitely out of breath and covered in sweat but I will be trying this and your other videos out soon!!

  4. I love ballet/ barre workouts! I just finished yours and truly enjoyed, time flew by. And you are very nice, smooth, not annoying, like some other coaches babbling and shouting non stop, so I will definitely come for more plies 🙂

  6. Jess can you suggest a video that doesn't have pleas? I have a healing medial miniscus and can't do anything that takes my knee out – I've been doing cardio ballet for years and HATE I can't do it right now – trying to improvise but thought I'd ask – you have so many videos 🙂 Thank you!

  7. Great workout. I didn't expect to actually complete it as I usually stop all workout videos at 20 minutes. But this was perfect for the legs, just the level of effective low impact needed. Thanks!
